Arts Organization > Boca Ticket Width Adjustments

If you are using a Boca Lemur printer that was not purchased from ShowTix4U or settings need to be adjusted per ShowTix4U rep, hardware and software adjustments may need to be made for printer to work properly.

Boca Special Head Setting:

You will need to update the Special Head setting in the actual printer itself. Use the PDF titled "Special Print Head Settings" which is found at the bottom of this article 

Boca Slide Bar Setting:

To adjust the slide bar for ShowTix4U ticket stock, you'll want to use the PDF titled "Ticket Width" which can be found at the bottom of this article.

Once complete your printer with ShowTix4U ticket stock installed should look like this:
