MUSIC LICENSING

The ShowTix4U platform offers streaming music licensing from the three largest music licensors:ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC. You have access to MILLIONS of songs to perform or play for streaming performances (https://repertoire.bmi.com/)*.

This exciting new addition is perfect for streaming concerts, dance shows, reviews, and cabaret style shows.

To use the ShowTix4U music license:

1.) Create a new STREAMING event. Please note this license type does not cover live in-person performance, only the right to live stream.

2.) Choose "Streaming Music Rights (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC)" from the Licensing House drop down list.

3.) The platform will automatically deduct the royalty from your proceeds (PRICING).

4.) Before closing of your event a ShowTix4U agent will reach out to receive a list of songs used for your event for reporting purposes (https://repertoire.bmi.com/). If no list is received, additional fees may be applied as ShowTix4U staff will manually generate song list from video content.

Important Notices:

• This license covers live streams and does not cover the rights to the in-person live performance.
• This license covers live streams and is not a synchronization license. If you video content requires a synchronization license you will need to provide one prior to streaming.
• Please make sure that all music in your stream is license by ASCAP, BMI, and/or SESAC. If songs are licensed by another company other than ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, it is your responsibility to receive the appropriate license. • All ticketing revenue for your event must flow through ShowTix4U to use this license.
