Arts Organization > How do I create a custom link for patrons to find my event?

You can customize your public box office URL with your organization name. For example, if your organization name "West Valley High" - your public box office page will be www.showtix4u.com/events/westvalleyhigh

To create this URL, go to Account Main Menu > Client Preferences > Marketing. You'll see "patron direct link". You'll see an empty white box. Whatever you add to that box will be added to the ShowTix link to become your URL. Make sure you do not use spaces in this box.

For example, as above - entering "westvalleyhigh" will make your URL www.showtix4u.com/events/westvalleyhigh. Once you have added your text to that box, click the update button in the upper right corner.
