Arts Organization > I'd like to adjust/lower my house count for ticket sales

Adjust House Count for In-Person Event:

• General Admission Event:
  • Login in to your box office.
  • Click on white event gear icon on the event poster.
  • Choose "Edit Event"
  • Scroll to Venue section > "Quantity of Tickets.” > Lower house count
  • Save.
• Reserved Seating:
  • Click on seats you would like to block to add space between patrons.
  • Choose “Reserve/Block” as the "Payment Method".
  • Save transaction under your name.
