Once your event closes, our accounting department will reconcile it within 5 business days and issue your payout after the event has been reconciled.
Please note that your box office sales need to be "closed" in your event in order for your event to be considered closed.
To see if your event has been reconciled, pull the Donations/Account History Report from the Account Main Menu in the top left corner of your box office. Here you will see a list of all payouts from previously reconciled events. If your most recent payout is not listed, the event has not been reconciled yet. If this is after 5 business days since your event closing, please sent an inquiry to email@example.com.
