You can preview your successfully uploaded content for Scheduled Content from your box office page. Please note that it can take up to 2 hours after a file is uploaded to appear on the site. The resolution in your preview may initially be low; please give our system time to process higher resolutions.

From your box office page:

1. Click on Purchase under the poster for your event.
2. Next to the event date and time,  you'll click on the white event gear icon.
3. Select live stream player from the menu. You'll need to allow a few hours from the time your video has been uploaded to our box office before you can preview it.

Also, keep in mind that 2 hours before your event and through the duration of the event, this will show you the content as it is streamed. Outside of that window, it functions as a preview for uploaded file.

Additionally, you'll have access to your live chat in the upper right hand corner. This will allow you to welcome and communicate with your patrons.
