When should I upload my video file?
Your scheduled content file needs to be successfully uploaded to your box office, 4 hours prior to your scheduled content event going live.
However, we recommend uploading your video 24 hours prior to your event becoming available to ensure its success and provide ample troubleshooting time should you need it. If your video is not uploaded with 24 hours and you need assistance with your file, please click into the live chat feature in the lower left corner or email us at email@example.com.
Where do I upload my video file?
From your Box Office Account, there are several ways you can upload your video content for your Scheduled Content event.
- When you save your event for the first time a browser window will open where you can upload your file. If you are not ready at that time to upload your file, simply close this window. You do NOT need to have your content uploaded to Publish or begin sales.
- When you save your event for the first time, a "Video Uploader" email will be sent to the event contact with a link where you can upload your file at any time. You can forward this email to whomever has your video content and they can upload the file without having to access the platform.
- At any time, you can can click on the white gear icon on the event poster and choose "Video Uploader."
- Please note that you cannot share the video upload link from your box office to whomever has your video content. That link must come from the email that is sent to you at event creation.
