Arts Organization > Captioning for Scheduled Content (SC)

Captioning can be added to Scheduled Content, but captioning would be "Burnt In" (always on). This means that captioning cannot be toggled on/off.

Can ShowTix4U create a captioning file for my event?

• ShowTix4U offers captioning services for $1.75 per video minute (one time transcribing fee).
• ShowTix4U will create and add the captioning to your video using human transcribers and 99% accuracy.
• Please allow 5 business days to for us to create your captioning.

I already have a captioning file:

• If your organization already has an .srt file, it can be forwarded to ShowTix4U to be added to your video content for no charge.
• For the video to be prepared, please have the .srt emailed to [e-mail] and
• Your video file needs to be uploaded successfully to the platform and we need the .srt file at least 24 hours prior to opening stream. 

You also have the option of live streaming your pre recorded content yourself and using one of the Live Stream closed captioning options listed here.
