ShowTix4U uses 5 different email addresses to help organize your email inquiry right away - read below to make sure your email gets to the right place! Don't worry if you choose the wrong one; we'll make sure it gets to the right people.
Also, remember throughout the weekday, you can use the live chat support feature in the lower left corner. Click on Support > Live Chat. And we have a number of FAQs and videos for your convenience!
Email Addresses
EVENT/ACCOUNT SETUP:
If you have questions about setting up your account, creating an event, managing your event, graphic specifications, accessing event reports, patron communication, or any other non urgent questions, you can drop us a quick note. You can email us here: client@showtix4u.com.
ACCOUNTING:
If you have accounting questions such as checking in on a payment, setting up an electronic deposit, event accounting reports, or need to share a W9 with us, please drop us an email at accounting@showtix4u.com.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
If you have technical questions about your live stream, scheduled content, or video on demand event or need to email us an .SRT file for closed captioning, or if you have specific questions that are not answered in our FAQs, please drop us an email at content@showtix4u.com. Additionally, you can share your scheduled content or video on demand video file with us if you're experiencing challenges with uploading your video to the box office. We ask that you send this file to us 24 hours before your first event and to share it on either Google Drive, Dropbox, or another file sharing system.
VENUE/SEATING CHART:
If you're doing a reserved seating event, please review this FAQ regarding venue creation. Keep in mind that depending on demand for creation, it can take up to 10 business days for a venue to be created. If you're ready to email us a clearly marked PDF of your seating chart, if you would like to make updates to an existing chart, or if you would like to check the status of your venue creation, please email our team at venue@showtix4u.com.
PATRON SERVICES:
If you have a patron with a specific request that you are unable to assist them with and would like to have us look into the matter- you can have your patron email tickets@showtix4u.com.
