Arts Organization > Where can I preview my Video on Demand (VOD) video content?

You can preview your successfully uploaded content for Video On Demand from your box office page. Please note that it can take up to 2 hours after a file is uploaded to appear on the site. The resolution in your preview may initially be low; please give our system time to process higher resolutions.

1. Click on Rent Video under the poster for your event.
2. Then, next to the smaller Rent Video (48 HRS),  click the white event gear icon.
3. Select live stream player from the menu. This will open the content for viewing as a patron.

There is not a live chat feature with Video on Demand.
