Closed captioning appears as in option in the ShowTix4U player and can be turned on or off by the viewer using the "CC" button in the lower right corner of the live stream player.

Can ShowTix4U create a closed captioning file for my Video on Demand event?

• ShowTix4U offers closed captioning services for $1.75 per video minute (one time transcribing fee).
• ShowTix4U will create and add the closed captioning to your video using human transcribers and 99% accuracy.
• Please allow 5 business days to CC a video file if we are creating the .srt file for your event.

I have a closed captioning file already:

• If your organization already has an .srt file, it can be forwarded to our ShowTix4U team at [e-mail] to be added to your video content for no charge. 
• If you are providing the .srt file, we need it prior to 24 hours before your Video on Demand goes live.
