No - Microsoft Teams currently does not allow you to stream directly out to any third party platforms, however, there is a workaround.

You can download free software called OBS, which is streaming software. You can get all of your actors/cast into your Microsoft Teams and tell OBS to “Display Capture” or “Window Capture” the window with all their video feeds and stream it out to our platform. OBS is great because you can also add graphics, videos, and other assets. If you're comfortable with technology, try it out, or maybe someone in your organization could assist you OBS. There are a number of helpful tutorials on YouTube for OBS and the software is as simple or complex as you'd like it to be.
