Arts Organization > Venue Creation/Seating Chart - Reserved Seating

If you're planning to use reserved seating for your event, we'll need to create a venue seating chart for use on our platform.

In order for us to create this, we will need a PDF (or JPEG, GIF, PNG) of your house with clearly marked rows and seat numbers, where your stage is located, if you're anticipating pricing breaks, and also if you have ADA seating needs. Please include any additional special requests that we should be aware as the more detailed your house information is, the quicker we can turn around your venue.

• Time Frame: Please note that our typical turnaround time on venue creation is 5 business days, but this can be up to 7-10 business days during peak seasons such as Fall and Spring.
• To Request: The preferred way for you to submit your venue is through your box office, within your event. In the "edit event" window, you'll see a section for venue information and an option to upload your venue file.
• To Request: Alternatively, you can email your seating chart to [e-mail]. Please include the name of your organization, the name of the theatre building, and physical address of the venue.

COVID-19: Additionally, given safety measures that are brought about by COVID-19, your venue may require special accommodations for social distancing. You can control this once your venue is created by blocking seats or we may be able to assist you further. Please let us know if you have unique considerations.
