Rehearsal RTMP Credentials:
- Click on gear icon in lower left of event poster
- Click on Rehearsal Streaming Credentials
- One user can view the rehearsal stream by clicking on the button "Watch Rehearsal" located on the same Rehearsal Credential Screen.
-
If your rehearsal credentials are grayed out, this means we need a W9 from your organization. Arts Organization > Why do you need a W9 and where do I submit it?
You can stream once into the rehearsal credentials for up to 4 hours.
If you need additional rehearsal time, you can click into our live chat feature or email us and we can reset the rehearsal key for use again. If you would like more than a single viewer of the rehearsal, you can set up an event or add a date to your existing event, close public sales, and use it as a rehearsal.
Live Stream RTMP Credentials:
- Click Buy Stream button under poster.
- Click on gear next to the specific performance date/time you want to stream into.
- Click on Live Stream Credentials.
You'll need to retrieve both the RTMP URL and the stream key displayed on the left side of the credentials box. You'll then enter this in your streaming/broadcast software. You can pull your live streaming credentials up to 90 minutes before the scheduled start of your event.
Please keep in mind that while your credentials are accessible 90 minutes prior to your event, once your stream is live your patron will be able to view your live stream 60 minutes prior to your schedule start time. You can stream into this key for up to 4 hours.
If your event is longer than 4 hours, please contact us prior to 24 hours of your event start time.
To view your live stream:
- Click Buy Stream button under poster.
- Click on gear next to the specific performance date/time you want to view
- Click on Live Stream Player.
We highly recommend viewing your live stream event through your box office live stream player throughout the entirety of your event. This allows you to view exactly how your broadcast is being provided to us and, most importantly, what your patrons see and hear. What you are seeing locally on your streaming device may not represent what your patrons are currently seeing, which is why it is so imperative to be previewing your event from the box office for the entirety of the performance. We recommend NOT doing this on the same device streaming your event.
