What else is new?
Events no longer have a Box Office Sale End. After closing night, your event will move to Past Events, but still be fully editable for up to 60 days. Simply add additional performances to bring an event back to life. This also allows you to process late orders and refunds after closing. After 60 days, your event will automatically close and payout all remaining funds.
The ShowTix4U Knowledge Base and FAQs have a new look with even more articles and information. ShowTix4U was created to be an extension of your box office. We hope our Knowledge Base and customer service helps to achieve this mission.
- As screens improve, so do our Poster and Advertising Specifications. You can now upload higher resolution graphics. Learn more here.
- The Main Menu has been reorganized to make it even easier to navigate.
- Numerous textual improvements defining difficult-to-understand concepts.
- Various bug fixes and performance improvements.
